Our Commitment

BirthNet has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or harms minors. We strictly prohibit:

• Any content that sexually exploits minors
• Any grooming, trafficking, or exploitation of children
• Any content that endangers the safety or well-being of minors

App Usage

BirthNet is a birthday and special day tracking app. The app does not contain any adult content, social messaging, or user-generated public content features beyond profile photos and birthday stories shared only with known contacts.

Reporting

If you encounter any content that violates this policy, please report it immediately to: support@birthnetapp.com

We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including removing content and reporting to relevant authorities.
